"The Blowhole" nothing was blowing
So, Hawaii was fun and a nice little break! I hadn't been there since 1989! We moved there when I was in second grade and man has it changed. However, I don't think I would have really remembered anyway. We tried to find my old house but it was gone and all the Navy housing has been redone. They now have a community pool. My old school was still there but looking a bit rundown. I saw my old neighbor which was nice. We were pretty busy while we were there. It was super windy so that was a bummer. We tried to swim with sharks but 1. the seas were angry that day and 2. I was throwing up on the side of the boat. The shark company said it was too dangerous for us to be put in a cage in the middle of the ocean while the winds were like 20 mph. I wish they would have determined that BEFORE we sailed out there. I don't think I will be on a boat in the open seas ever again...lakes are okay but not the ocean. The pool was great and Jeremy got to snorkel..I was still sick from our shark adventure. Overall it was a good trip and I hope we can go back and bring Emily!
